DON’T MOVE HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE! My father was a resident and worked with both past and current management here for over 20 years. The corruption here is rampant. There is no actual security here for its residents. They’re selling “safety” but it’s all a facade. The HOA “security department” obtains copies of residents keys without their consent. And then there’s Theft. When it’s reported to the OCSD or LWV, it doesn’t make it onto the crime report. It goes unaccounted for. I can only speak to our experience here but if it happened to us, who knows how many others. Don’t buy in here!!!! STAY AWAY!!!
