This place if I could give a ZERO I would. Do NOT move here. The community living there is amazing and that’s what makes it home… BUT the management is HORRIBLE!! They have a huge roach issue as well as bed bugs and refuse to pay for the pest control (even though it’s included in the rent statement!!) and they try to make you pay for it yourself. On top of that they leave trash to pile up all over the yards and cut down anything that is living (like their own trees that were gorgeous) just for no reason. They lie to you constantly and hide hidden fees in your rent. They will send threats through text if you so much as say a peep around there about the way they run things. The time I’ve spent there which is about 2 years my apartment has flooded 3 times due to their incompetence. They fire all their maintenance guys so be ready to wait days even for emergency issues. On top of this the foundation is sliding which is making the walls start to crack and all they do is put duct tape over it and paint it the wall color. The ceilings have holes which periodically leak water and the AC never works. DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE.
We moved out of here due to how small the apartments were and how roach infested they were. After we moved out we got a bill for $1600 even though we left on good terms, our lease was up and we payed everything we owed, when we called up there to express our concerns whoever was there at the moment stated they have gone through 5 managers since we moved out which is very sad since it’s been less than a year and there is nothing they will do about it and when we told them we want to speak with the owners they refused to give out the info so we can get this settled, also after speaking with all of our old neighbors who also moved out because laurel heights absolutely sucks they did the same exact illegal thing to them and charged them just for moving out when there lease is up? And nobody can get it off there credit. So if you want to deal with that definitely move in, we also got harassed and sexually watched by our neighbors because they let anyone move in.
