I fell and broke my shoulder and my two sons looked for a place for me to stay, and found Legacy Village. They brought me by for approval, and I thought this was a lovely place. I have been here since March 11, 2019, and I have continued to be of the same opinion. It is very clean, and has very good amenities with housekeeping, laundry, and food service. There are nurses to meet our needs, and also a physician on site weekly. We have a weekly lunch bunch and people who come in frequently to entertain. I am very happy here at Legacy Village and I invite others to come by and check us out.
I recently helped a family member with the selection process of assisted living facilities in the Cleveland, TN area. We ultimately decided on Legacy Village. It was a great decision. It was easy to see just how nice the facility and grounds are during a tour. It is not so easy to see or understand how the staff will treat your loved one once moved into a facility.
From the director down, this team at Legacy is incredible. The genuine love and caring of the staff blew me and my loved one away on an hourly basis. The level of expertise from the nurses and cnas on Legacy staff makes a real difference as well. Unfortunately, my loved one faced several health emergencies during her stay,, the head nurse and floor nurses were absolutely locked in and engaged. The assitants and caregivers were so helpful hour upon hour whenever needed. Several caregivers and cnas would visit my loved one after their shift just to help her keep positive and to help her feel loved. I promise you, I will never forget these acts of utter kindness. The food service staffers were positive, polite and eager to help as well.
Legacy Village is best in class because of their loving, caring, resident first spirit. Whether an easy decision or a reluctant decision, if you or a loved one is ready for assisted living lifestyle, Legacy Village is where love & caring lives and residents thrive.
Truly a great place full of great people. Staff and residents included. Choosing a facility for your loved one is never easy and can never replace their home, but Legacy Village is the closest thing to home. Residents thrive in the community. It is one giant family and staff go above and beyond to take care of residents. The facility itself is absolutely beautiful. I cannot say enough positive things about Legacy Village.
