  1. My brother went there after a hospital stay. We were hoping it would be a safe place for him to get stronger after a bad back and pneumonia sent him to the hospital. He was placed way in the back. He fell several times waiting for someone to help him get to the bathroom. He rarely had physical therapy or seen by a nurse for bed sores. There were a few employees that were helpful and we were thankful for them. The halls smelled very bad ,the food was gross. Employees did not wear gloves that I witnessed. An expensive place to live for very little care.

  2. Watch your belongings. My grandmother’s coin purse (with cash and change) was STOLEN off the bedside table.
She also rang the buzzer several times one night, she was told she couldn’t move on her own. An employee did come much later but by then said she had dozed off. They should have woken her up to help her.

  3. Run from this place! They act like they care but they do not! The over all is worse then poor. They created bed sores on my dad. They were not available when needed. They ignored the nurse light all the time. My dad layed in his feesies with no help until I called them on the phone to get my dad the help he needed. The food was barley warm everytime. If you want your love one to suffer than Linden Grove is your place. To add to this, they knew my dad was a diabetic, checked his blood only once a day, his numbers were in the 300’s and not once did they give him his insulin. There were open sores on his toes as well and they weren’t treating them. You draw your own conclusion after reading this review.

  4. Not recommended!!! Our dad ended up with open bedsores within three weeks of being there. His biggest complaint was the food was always barely lukewarm, which they never corrected even after us (daughters) asking them to give him hot food several times. They never encourage him to get up and walk. The sores on his feet (due to vascular disease) were untreated for over three weeks before we got him out of there. He also complained that no one would respond to the red buzzer light so he would sit in his poopy diaper for much longer than he intended, so my sister had to call the front office to tell someone to go change his depends. We are in the process of finding another home for him.
