I, Julie, served as Director of Nursing (DON) at Lisbet Health Center from March to June 2024. Due to family health concerns, I decided to step down from the DON role but chose to continue as a floor nurse because I genuinely enjoy working at Lisbet. Our administrator, Selina, is highly supportive of both staff and residents. Her priority is ensuring residents receive quality care and feel safe, and she consistently puts in long hours to achieve these goals. I would recommend this place .
Wellington Bay Lisbet is a fairly new facility. It’s organized and has a boatload of activities for everyone’s interests. You can feel the excitement and energy from the moment you walk in the door.
My name is Howie and I am the Jewish religious coordinator. We have Shabbat services on the second and fourth Friday beginning at 7:00. The service lasts an hour and we pray in Hebrew and English to make all feel welcome. Yes, I said all, because you do not need to be only Jewish to participate; we welcome all faiths. We had to take a hiatus during the summer because families were taking their loved ones out while it was still light out. We’ll be getting back to basics beginning Nov. 8. Hope to see you there! I like working with the staff at Lisbet Health Center. My supervisor of nursing, Marie is A+! Lisandra and Selina in administration make things go smoothly, and all staff gives their best daily!
