I visited my friend who is in the assisted-living center. I was impressed with how spacious her apartment was. The entire facility was very pleasant. It seemed to be very clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful and kind.
My wife into Luxe on a Sunday afternoon and the room was stuffy and the a/c wasn’t working well. Once settled my wife didn’t have her medication since the facility does not have a pharmacy and they have to order meds and it is delivered. Once settled in the evening nurses were rude and non responsive. We wound up leaving the facility after two nights because the care was mostly unacceptable. I would avoid this place like the plague
I was sound asleep then…Staff member (Michelle), and one anonymous person watching TV loudly in adjoining room at 3 AM.
After 44 minutes of calling they finally came reluctantly one at a time to change my bed…awful.
I had spinal surgery and my legs don’t work too well so here for rehab, not being annoyed by nighttime staff.
I’ll post further once the rehab has started or is finished and I may change my rating but not because of the nighttime staff because of the rehab people.
