The facility is kept very clean. You can visit any time, day or night. Services provided are good. The staff are nice. The food could be better.
My mother recently had major surgery and needed to spend a little time in a rehab facility. She’s been at Luxe for a week now and based on all of the reviews I seen I was hesitant to bring her here but ultimately decided to because I spoke to people in the industry and that had family members here. I have to say, I’ve been overwhelmingly pleased with the care and attention my mother has taken. Everyone I’ve spoke to or interacted with has been pleasant and taken great care of my mom. All the ladies are amazing, Vida has especially taken great care of us and seen to it that she has water when she needs it. The facility is clean, she has a room by herself with her own TV and we’ve never had any problems coming in or out at any time. I’ve spent several hours every day and have seen first hand the care she’s receiving. The nurses, the nurse assistants, the concierge, the activities directors, the amazing therapists like Christine, even the staff cleaning and mopping the space, everyone is amazing. If I needed to stay in a facility for myself, this would be top of my list.
My experience was very nice the staff was very helpful very clean place I will like to recognize the administrator Kaycee and very helpful and the social service department Tyrell Amari And Shirlinda they all took time and address all my concerns
