Worst place ever. The treatment you get as a worker is atrocious.
A brutally honest review from a Sagittarius… Madison York Rego Park congregate Care level 3 is regulated as a drain stop to catch society’s troubled outcasts before their hitting rock bottom. I give administrator Deana Sollitto kudos, especially during coronavirus of which she handled adroitly and resiliently, including the subsequent staffing and supply issues it wrought. In my 5 years living there, the moment she became aware of how deadly a traumatic brain injury I suffered, she stuck tight to the rule of law. I have great empathy for her. TBH,I’ve never been around this many truly disabled, but as well, unrealistic residents: substance abusers a few former convicts and the emotionally disturbed and congenitely homeless They can be an overbearing difficult demanding population of which to deal. They cannot even help themselves and present great difficultly to an overburdened system. The very reason why there’s no other place to house them. I am highly ambitious and managed to keep my head above water and administration stayed out of my way and allowed me to become the hugest success! I will never regret my choice of assisted livings! Living there I became an astoundingly functioning guy with permanent brain damage!🤯💪 My PCP calls me Robocop. It’s the greatest second chance at life I could ever be afforded. Work hard for your independency and dream big and you could expect for it to become reality.There will always be a significant pride, fondness and longing in my heart for every single one of the magnificent staff. 💓 😢 We will always be family, albeit a dysfunctional one.💯
My family and I have been thoroughly impressed with the level of care and support provided by Madison York Assisted Living. From the moment we toured the facility, we knew it was the perfect place for our loved one.

Overall, I cannot recommend Madison York Assisted Living highly enough. They have exceeded our expectations in every way and have provided our family with peace of mind knowing that our loved one is in good hands.
Have been here unfortunately for 2 years and not for much longer. Dirty hallways filled with open garbages allowing breeding grounds for flies and roaches. Food is rarely cooked enough and residents go hungry or get sick and goto hospital to eat for few days to get healthy again. Milk is always sour/spoiled as they leave it out to get hot and consolidate containers. Their staff treat us as subhuman and take advantage of many that don’t have friends or family to check on them. Mistake coming here and I cannot stress this point anymore but if you care for your family or loved ones, then do not send them here.
My experience of Madison York Rego Park for more than 12 years has been excellent. Whenever I have needed support or information from the staff and director Deanna S they were always professional, quick, and very detailed in their response. I would recommend Madison York without hesitation.
