My 91 year-old mother Sarah was in rehab at Memorial Manor for 25 days in October/November, and we would like to express our immense gratitude to the wonderful, dedicated staff at this facility. The rehab team was committed to making sure my mother got the most out of her PT and OT sessions with their expertise and guidance. Our Special Thanks to William, Natacha and Katherine. The nurses and aides were so very kind and compassionate in making sure my mother was comfortable, cared for and well fed (the food was great!). Everyone also helped in keeping my mother positive during her stay, which was vital to her rehab and recovery. There was great communication between the nursing staff and myself which I greatly appreciate. This was my mother’s first experience at Memorial Manor and we were extremely pleased at the level of care she received, equal to the care she received at Memorial Hospital West just before coming there. Our Special Thanks to Admissions Coordinator Massiel who patiently worked with the hospital’s Case Manager Nadia, and myself, in getting my mother admitted into Memorial Manor. I am forever grateful for her stay there, and it was of great comfort having my mother be so close to my home. Special Thanks also go to Head Nurses Barbara, Annette and Larhonda, and my mother’s primary nurse Marta, all of whom were always available with a smile to answer my questions and concerns, and to patient care aides Jenide, Yasmina, Isabel, and the always happy Berta (for showering). A big Thank You to Social Worker Patricia for going above and beyond to assist me. It’s heart-warming to see medical staff who genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend Memorial Manor as the #1 Rehab Facility in Broward County!

I stayed at Memorial Manor for 2 weeks for short term rehab. Overall I had a great experience and it gave me everything I needed. The rehab department was great. Dietary was great with awesome food. Activities department made me a bingo addict and I will miss it. The nursing staff was excellent. The night staff could be a bit more attentive. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs rehab.
