I want to start off by saying the best thing about this place is the Maintanance team. Victor, Juan, Adrian and Andres are all great. They are very quick to address issues and are very professional and helpful. In the front office Alejandro and Tiffany are great too. We have been living here for about 6 months, we originally leased in the 3rd floor and transferred to another unit in the first floor since we had 2 young kids and wanted to have peace of mind since we were always making sure they didn’t make noise or stumped too hard, to not bother our neighbors below. That brings me to my first complaint, now that we are in the first floor and have neighbors above us, you can hear EVERYTHING, and some people are not as conscious and considerate about the noise and they will let their kids run, jump and play around like they don’t have people below them and unfortunately these buildings are all built of what seems like paper. My second complaint, and it’s the reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the fact that they will charge you a hefty non refundable fee at move in (they don’t call it deposit) and then they’ll tell you you don’t have to worry about any tear and wear or holes you made in the walls, like for hanging frames or mounting tvs, but then once you do move out they will come at you with more charges for paint, cleaning ( no matter how good you clean the apartment before leaving )… And although we transferred to another unit within the community, they’re still making us pay almost $400 for move out fees and nobody has actually responded to our requests to get more clarification about the charges. They should definitely be more transparent and up front about their charges.
I just moved in and this place has exceeded my expectations. I love it! I love that everything is close Walmart, target, Ross etc. the neighborhood is peaceful and smokeless. And the apartments are updated. Love it here so far. I’d also like to note that Tiffany M. referred me to Monticello and she has always been responsive and so kind throughout my entire leasing process. Monticello is lucky to have her.
I’ve been in the market for an apartment and while checking out this place I was guided by Tiffany who was patient and sweet and provided me different options as well as answered all my questions! I am definitely looking forward to living here!
Buenas tardes, estuve visitando el complejo porque a mediados de este año quiero mudarme y me gustó mucho. Se puede notar que el equipo de mantenimiento está haciendo un buen trabajo ya que las áreas verdes y todo se veÃa limpio. SerÃan mi primera opción. Éxitos!
