We educate residents and their families about their rights and encourage self-empowerment. We advocate for residents in Long-Term Care and investigate their concerns. We keep current lists of facilities and violations which are available for public review.
A Long-Term Care Ombudsman is a trained advocate for residents of long-term care facilities.
