I would first like to thank New Glen Oaks Nursing Home for it’s upmost hospitality and loving care during my stay here. The rehab staff including Harry, Amira, Asha and Siomara and Mandy including the transportors Jessica and Ivory all professionals and know exactly what they are doing with providing me with the best PT, OT and SLP therapy during my time. My direct care aide Tracey is unbelievable and truly special her attentive needs to all my little concerns were all addressed on time. The management staff including the administrator Emil is amazing always on point and available at all times to help others. He is a rare individual. New Glen Oaks is truly blessed to have him. I would recommend this place to others if they want 5 star care . Thank you New Glen Oaks Nursing Home for all that you do.
The entire staff at New Glen Oaks Nursing Home have been excellent. Emil has been attentive and caring and always ready to help accomdate any needs. My cousin has been afforded the the best care and attention from rehabilitation treatments to daily care. The aids have been wonderful.

The staff at New Glen Oaks is so compassionate and attentive. Every single employee you meet has a smile on their face and a kind word to say. I was skeptical at first, but they proved themselves over and over again during the 3 weeks my grandfather was there. It’s a unique place, to be sure.
The facility is extremely outdated but the PT and OT therapists were excellent and the staff was very nice.
We want to express our sincere gratitude for the exceptional care the staff provided to our father (Francesco Biancaniello) during his time at the New Glen Oaks Nursing Home. We were particularly touched by Emil’s(Director) support. He greeted and worked with us from the first day to the last. Geraldine (RN) provided outstanding care. She was very attentive to his, and our, needs. Nurse Hope’s leadership was invaluable and instrumental to his care.
In addition, we want to thank all the Aides, Therapists, Nursing Staff, Doctors, Dietitian, Mr. G and all the workers at the nursing home for the commitment and care they provided to our family.
Your kindness and dedication go a long way in keeping both residents and their families happy and healthy. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for all you do.
