Awesome place.. and would love to have had my mother stay . Price was an issue for the family . Staff friendly and felt so comfortable with them .
Excellent and friendly professional staff of CNA’s, Nurses, Physical Therapist, pharmacy techs and activities director among others. The executive management very caring and supportive of residents and families. From the time you meet the front desk staff you Wii be happy you visited Oakmonte.
Starting with June, everyone has been so welcoming and caring. They have made this process as easy and as enjoyable as possible. My mother tells me how happy she is everyday. She loves the nightly music and the food.
We just moved our 89 year old father into Oakmonte Village of Davie last week. I can’t say enough positive about the experience. Every one of the staff that we encountered were extremely helpful from the very beginning, starting with the decision making, the admission process and protocols required prior to move in. Everyone was very welcoming, cognizant and empathetic to how this move would impact our father (being 89 yrs old and starting a whole new life). Everyone was very accommodating with answering all our questions and concerns. I stayed for a week after the move in before returning home to Illinois. I felt completely confident with leaving my father under the care of the staff of Oakmonte Village of Davie.
In selecting a new residence for our mom, it was important to our family that it felt like “home.” We toured numerous properties and are very happy with our decision to select Oakmonte Village. Mom has been living there for 8 months, and her experience as a resident and ours as a family have been very positive. Oakmonte is well-appointed and has caring and engaged management and staff. From dining to the nursing team, maintenance, housekeeping and activities, everyone on staff has a great attitude and cares for their residents. Daily live music and a Happy Hour brings most of the residents together, and holidays and special events are always beautifully executed. Our thanks to all of the Oakmonte Village team for taking such good care of our mom. We highly recommend!
