We have the worst administration ever here!
Totally disqualified
1. Questionable business practices by management.
2. Rental office manager needs manners class. She’s rude, entitled, anxious, not helpful.
3. Their call center is in a foreign Asian country, when calling is hard to understand them.
4. Building fire alarm turning on frequently.
5. Overpriced
6. Dangerous spiral parking garage.
7. Frequent Smart doors malfunction ( and I don’t find them to make your life any easier)
