Kept getting called “rich” because of my social security benefit monthly payments. Also constantly being told that I’m “not poor” so I don’t quality for “poor people help” …. Very unprofessional way to speak to someone over the phone. If this is suppose to be social work, actually let the person calling looking for help , speak and actually let us be social. Every time I went to say something the lady on the phone kept talking right over me not letting me say one word. Very unprofessional , rude and honestly felt like I was talking to someone with a “ghetto” mindstate. Bayonne doesn’t have any good help left. Hence why everyone originally from here keep leaving this town for good.

Person on the phone was very helpful. They offered a lot of suggestions
