Walter Lowry, the owner of this incredible company, is a blessing to the Coachella Valley – and to me! He came to my rescue at a time when I had no one to turn to regarding my mother’s long-term care. Because I’m an only child and live out of state, it was up to me to find her care as she is now suffering from dementia (she had been living alone in Rancho Mirage for over 45 years). Walter arranged a tour of a Board & Care (I hadn’t even considered this option)! He and his associate, Brett, met me outside the home, then introduced me to the owner. To summarize, everything went smoothly and, once it came time to move my mother’s furniture, not only did Walter and Brett come over and help move small pieces (in their own vehicle), but they arranged a moving company for the heavy furniture. I didn’t have to make any calls! Omni Senior Services is a company unlike any I had spoken with. In fact, the first company I called was like a ‘used car salesman’ – she bombarded me with too many options, and wouldn’t take the time to listen; kept texting me appointments without asking and at all hours of the night – truly overwhelming and inappropriate! THIS WAS NOT THE CASE with Walter. He was empathetic, understanding and most of all, CARING! Honestly, without Walter and Brett, I think I would have crawled up in the fetal position and just cried my eyes out. This is a challenging time for my entire family and Walter not only recognized my anguish and despair, but consoled and supported me above and beyond. Also, one amazing factor is, his concierge service is free! I owe Walter and Brett a world of gratitude, and nothing I can do or say will ever be enough to convey my whole-hearted appreciation.
My husband had a shoulder replacement and Brett worked with me to get him set up once we got to the desert the same day as surgery
We had a few hiccups up with the team he has. We worked through it, and my husband is now doing very well and is comfortable.

The individual I take care of has been in assisted living for nearly a decade and it has never gone as smoothly as it does now. My grandfather went under their care at Omni several years ago and has since been thriving. It’s literally nothing short of a miracle for a man now in his nineties.
