I had such an amazing experience at this assisted living facility! The place was spotless, super organized, and everything ran so smoothly. I was lucky enough to work with Nurse Rachelle, and she was absolutely incredible—so kind, determined, and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond to help me, and I can’t thank her enough! The caregivers take a while to answer the calls when a resident needs help. The staff appear very nice but it’s all a act when no body is around they are rude and leave residents laying in there own urine the residents get things stolen all of the time warning if you move your family into this place install camera to watch them.
I have had a wonderful experience with Pacifica Menifee Senior Living. The nurse RACHEL truly stands out—professional, knowledgeable, and always with a kind word. She take the time to listen, answer questions thoroughly, and make both residents and their families feel at ease. The overall atmosphere at Pacifica is warm and welcoming. Whether I’m coming in to work alongside with the staff at Pacifica Menifee, or coming to make visits, they never cease to amaze me. All the staff there is friendly and make sure to go out of their way to say hi and greet you whenever you pass by. They have great communication skills amongst each other as well as with partners they work with in the every day. I mainly get to deal with Rachelle the resident service Director and I am always impressed. She always answers my phone calls and make sure to take time out of her day to speak with me, even when I show up in person. She has a good team of caregivers underneath her and seems like she leads them correctly. As a partner in the community healthcare, I like when I get to work with her because I know things will get done the right and ethical way! I’m always happy to work alongside you guys and look forward to much more teamwork in the future. Thank you again for all you do for the community!!
The move was seamless and was able to happen quickly. Everyone I needed to deal with to get my Dad moved in was very friendly and helpful. This facility has a great feel right when you walk in.
