If you are looking for a Rehab/physical therapy/LTC or SNF, this is the BEST facility for your Loved one…❤️ My Mother was a resident for 2 years at PHNR- she was so loved and so cared for by all the shifts at this facility! I was so grateful for the Pysical Therapy when she 1st was admitted, and for the continued care she received. I called many times during the day to talk with her and never received an attitude from who ever answered the phone. I feel so blessed knowing they were taking care for as “family’. Her CNS’s were so caring and cared for her. I don’t want to name names, as I would have to name the entire staff! From the Admin., to the Cleaning ladies – you will always be in my “grateful prayers” and a BIG thank you to the Kitchen staff that was so accommodating. The staff is so loving and caring that I felt they were ‘family’ taking care of Mom.
I am a current resident at Parkway hills nursing home and rehabilitation and I have been continually mistreated and I’ve been put in a room with no bathroom access since Christmas I am in a wheelchair I responded Vista I do not walk even a little bit and they continue to keep me in this room and the only thing that they care about is who gets paid and who pays them and they do not care about my treatment They don’t care enough to find me an alternate place to live They tried to kick me out under the street after a month in a hotel sure they’ll put me up in a hotel but what am I to do after that? And they hit me with all these charges because my insurance had dropped me because somebody here told the doctor here Dr Moon that my wound was healed when it isn’t I still have a stage 4 pressure ulcer and then trying to kick me out to a hotel for a month and then I’m on my own It seems to be all they care about because I keep complaining that I’m not even in a room I can use the bathroom and I’m still in a room I can’t use the bathroom. If I were you I wouldn’t come here
Would not recommend any vendors to work here they have not payed us $3000 worth of landscape work and have not responded to numerous notices in the process of taking legal action just wanted to make other contractors aware.
My sister is a long term patient here. She has to beg for proper wound care as no one in this facility seems to know how to do wound care properly. Also she has had several personal items go missing or ruined and hasn’t been reimbursed for them! Having to beg to have your room cleaned regularly seems to be an issue here.
My father is there and today is my first time calling from across the country and I’ve called twice and NO ONE answers the phone. I will keep posting negative reviews until someone picks up. This is upsetting
