My mother was sent to this facility for rehab. First my mother can not take any medication due to allergies to almost every drug and is unable to take vaccine due to what’s in them.when arriving to facility she was put in memory care because no beds was open on rehab side. Ok that was cool until a worker told her there was covid on that floor. Then she asked to get a shower,the room was so duty with clothes and dirty pampers all over. She asked the aide to clean the bathroom first they got mad. My mother also has MS and takes medication daily for this ,they told her it wouldn’t be in till Monday. Within 11hours there we checked out. Horrible attitudes from the workers. If your going for rehab here rethink twice.
This place is horrible and doesn’t look like the pictures. The rooms are left unclean especially the bathroom in the rooms. Patients are often left in bed all day often and left unchanged often. We have pictures of the rooms and of the horrible Food. IDK who their “Dietician” is or if they are legit but definitely not nutritional much less worth serving. Just visited today and apparently they have been out of oxygen for 3 days. One lady there has tested positive for COVID but we were not informed until my mother called after I left and said they just informed her. The lady was still wondering around the hallways with no mask. The one photo I added is the meal like it came. The menu didn’t even match the meal. This is not just a one time occurrence this is often. If you mention to the staff they say it’s like this always. Would you honestly eat this? No fresh fruit or vegetables.

Poop all over the floor and has been there since the morning. Nurse that finally after 15 minutes of trying to get someone’s attention at the desk, tried blaming housekeeping. However this was the CNA fault that changed her this morning. You could see where she dropped the diaper and just didn’t bother notifying anyone. Health code violation! Notifying administration and Medicare.
