Palm lake Village apartment’s, The rent has increased by 13% certainly not manageable for low income, senior citizen. It is managed by Pinellas County, My parent was told if they wanted a new screen door they would have to pay for it. The screen doors are rusted and in poor condition. Lights around the pond have been broken for months without repair. It is not the most desirable apartment complex. The new Owners are not local so therefore they’re just collecting rents. They have no idea about senior living. It’s shameful and something should be done about it. The senior should get together and complain to Pinellas county.
I recently had a water issue in my apartment and I can’t say enough about our maintenance crew. They responded so quickly. They did such a great job, Servpro was able to dry out my apartment in two days with no odor issues or damage to my contents. I love living here!
Lived here a little over a year. Love it. Rent went up $10 the first year $20 the second. This year 13% $86 dollars. They said it will go up 13% yearly. That will not be affordable senior housing unless you’re on section 8
So glad I am on the waiting list so happy and then after I applied they gave me bad news the rent form 675 to 875 shame on them to that to elderly which we live on social security. So sad this is not senior no more no one afford this .
Very nice units and staff. But they just went up 200. A month.Effective immediately. What a shock. This is NOT an affordable Senior living rental
