Nurses are amazing, aids amazing as long as you are part of the click. If you aren’t its an issue and they do lie on each other. Huge roach infestation, no orientation for agency, no login credentials for agency. Higher ups seem to be the issue here. Residents do belittle and almost outright verbally abuse each other. It’s something that needs to be addressed.
