Valerie and Rachel helped my parents (both of them needed assisted living care at the same time). They were the BEST. Because my parents were hospitalized and were about to be discharged, the timing was very tight, and all of this was supposed to happen during a holiday 3-day weekend. I expected that since this was the holiday weekend, I would be in trouble with the timing – after all, even doctors are difficult to get a hold of during such weekends. But they took care of placing my parents like they were their own parents – working through that weekend, following up with the hospital for the proper documents… so that my parents are now together in the same room in a facility. I couldn’t have done it without them! I highly HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone who is looking for people who would treat you with the utmost care and urgency to help you. I am so thankful for them.
