Primrose skilled nursing facility has a great physical therapy team. I really like the strengthening sessions to help prepare me for hip replacement surgery in the near future.
However some of the CNA staffing have a problem with answering a call light and I have been met with unexpected unacceptable nasty behavior. I can understand a busy shift. No one should have to be told that the pain management nurse will never come and or to get a blanket for God’s sake would take an act of Congress. I have been terribly nauseas and experiencing excessive vomiting, dizziness, severe hip pain. Why should it take an hour to get a call light answered? Unacceptable!
Very nice staff, everyone friendly. Facility unbelievably dated and needs renovation badly.
