If you move in the 9th or the 16th you don’t get a month free which is not free because you pay $50 plus and then they want you to start paying monthly again on the first ! It makes no sense!!!!!

Horrible. I have a unit at the Hicksville NY location. There is never anyone in the office. I can never get a dolly and end up having to carry items one by one making 20 trips. I tried calling their customer service and you can’t get anyone live. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION
