I waited for over 2.5 weeks to put my Mom here for long term care.My Mom had previously been here for rehab. It seemed as though they only want the easy money $$$ for rehab. I never could get any help to get my Mom placed here again and there were several empty rooms. I was so frustrated that the admittance girl would never call me back . Such a waste of my time for several weeks. I would definitely look elsewhere.

Big Thank you to Sheena at front desk and to all the staff , management for your great service and heart to me & my entire family as my Grandma was going through difficult times while she was there in her short time. I’m SUPER appreciative and will never forget the great care & love your entire staff showed my Grandma & family as we dealt with great sadness & concern!!! 5 Stars given to The Reserve at Richardson ………..
Our family was so pleased with The Reserve Richardson rehab for my mother’s recent care. The case coordinator, Cindy Powell, worked diligently with insurance to get my mother to this facility as quickly as possible. All the staff were very positive, kind and loving towards my mother and immediate family. I was impressed that when we first got there, they coordinated a group meeting with staff and family to prepare an action plan for mom’s care during her entire stay. The facility itself was very beautiful and well maintained. We also love that they had fun daily activities to liven up the day! The only area that could be slightly improved is the food. I would highly recommend this facility for your loved one’s rehabilitation. Thanks!
My dad was a permanent resident of The Reserve for a little over 3 years. We had the best experience. The staff is so kind and caring, especially Charisma. My dad was not easy, but they always treated him with dignity and respect. The nurses, aides, nurse leaders, social worker, speech therapist, and business office– all exceptional people. The Reserve was such a blessing to our family, and I am forever grateful to them for taking such great care of my dad.
My father is a permanent resident at the Reserve at Richardson. We moved him here a little over a year and a half ago and it has been a great experience. The facility is extremely well maintained and clean. The staff, from the executive staff down to the folks in maintenance, are all kind, thoughtful, and very dedicated to their residents. My father ordered a bookshelf for his room and before I could get there to help him with it, somebody had taken the time to help assemble it for him. At lunchtime many members of the staff from different departments visit with residents and pitch in to help with whatever’s needed. These are just a few examples of the caring aspect of the staff that I feel has gone such a long way to make my father more comfortable with this difficult transition. As a retired RN, I am also extremely grateful for the excellent communication between the staff and family members. Any concerns I bring to the nursing staff are addressed quickly and professionally. I have had no issues regarding the quality of medical care he receives and of course, this is a very important aspect of him living there. But just as important is the overall quality of life for a resident in a community such as this and the employees of The Reserve at Richardson help make my dad’s living situation the best it can be. I am so thankful we found this location for my dad. 100% recommend!
