Remember Me has incredible staff! The food always smells amazing and the community is kept so clean! Lauryn does a fantastic job running everything and their maintenance staff makes the community look in tip top shape! I never have had not one bad interaction with any staff!
We love this place. From day one, the entire team has cared for mom so well! Even in difficult circumstances so many of the staff work to know and understand mom and help her be her best self.
Remember Me has been our mother’s new residence for the past six months, and she absolutely loves it. She has met many kind and receptive residents, and they seem to have such wonderful bonding, delighting in sharing time together.
We have been very pleased with the quality of care and the attention to detail that Mother has received. The entire staff shows great kindness, patience , and concern to our mother and every resident. They make sure that each person is shown respect, is seen and heard, and is afforded the opportunity to live his or her life with dignity.
The community is warm and inviting, and has been designed in such a manner that it exudes a sense of home. With an abundance of windows having been included in the building design, there’s always a stream of warm sunlight on sunny days pouring in, brightening the days of those who maybe aren’t able to be outside.
The private rooms for the residents are very spacious, and designed for functionality and safety, as well as being aesthetically pleasing. Our mother especially enjoys spending time in one of her favorite rockers, listening to Elvis, and watching the birds at the feeders outside of her windows. She also enjoys engaging with her friends during communal mealtime, and looks forward to various programs/entertainment provided for the residents throughout the week.

The individual staff members are great. However, they advertise that they are specialists in Alzheimers patients, we didn’t find this to be the case. They are horribly understaffed and can’t attend to all of their patients. We told them prior to entering that my father is in moderate dementia and they assured us they could provide the care they advertise. Their pharmaceutical staff dropped the ball big time and had his meds screwed up, and he was declining rapidly. It was due to prescribing the wrong meds. We had to get him into a hospital to get his meds corrected. That was it. We decided to move him to another facility that was cheaper and had a better track record. On top of everything, they have a clause where you have to give them 30 day notice. Our focus was getting him the care he needed so we forgot to give notice. So instead of admitting their mistake and helping move my dad to a graceful exist as a matter of good faith, they’re telling us we have to pay them a $4,000 contractual termination fee. They’re all about the money and not the care, would not recommend. This is an assisted living facility, not an Alzheimers facility.
