My husband and I have been here for a little less than 6 months and have had a really good experience so far! The staff are very accommodating and helpful for questions. They are quick to responding and getting maintenance request and service requests done. The apartment staff is very good about communicating with the residents if anything is down/needing repair they are quick to let us know. We have enjoyed it so far!
Mold, maintenance barges in, not very friendly. Neighbors are barn animals and don’t pick up dog doo
We have been here about 4-5 months. When we rented it from out of town we noticed when we were moving in the counters etc were not normal. Well not what we had been shown in the model. It’s because it’s a handicap apt. They claim they didn’t know sooo, ok I will take into consideration that they had no idea 🤦♂️. We also rented this apartment due to all the downstairs immensities and for the great gym. Once we move in we find out the place had flooded and all the downstairs and gym would be closed for months. (Remember this is why we chose this apartment complex) then we find out the apt they rented us was the one that caused all the flooding but again “no one new it was handicapp apt) which is really hard to understand when this very apt caused $500k plus damage. Seems this would be hard to forget, right? So moving passed this. The unit above us are extremely loud, starts around 5-5:30 am for about hour then that afternoon and every evening until 10:30-11pm. We made several complaints, yet nothing being done. So after weeks and weeks I can’t take it anymore, so I went to complain again. They said they could move me in a couple 3-5 days to the 4th floor. Sounds great, right. Only problem is that I have to take everything down move it up 2 floors and put back together, pictures, TVs etc on my dime and back. How in Gods name is this my responsibility, why can’t you just control the unit above me. Now on a good note the guys on the grounds do a great job of keeping everything up and all maintenance is great.
