I’m going on my 4th year living at the reserve at Engel I love living here, I love the activates the manager hosts to get residents to know each other This past weekend 11/11/2023 he hosted a garage sale I met some really nice people. I absolutely love Manuel he really cares about his property and the people that live there. I have lived at other apartments in the area and never experienced this. I couldn’t be more pleased to why I have stayed there being a single mom of 11 year twins myself and my kids feel safe. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
This is a wonderful place to reside. I’ve lived here for several years and have to commend the office management Manuel. He always helps his tenants its always clean and the property is very clean. There has been some tenants that didn’t belong and glad to say are no longer there.
Small community and always having tenant functions with upper management to promote tenant interaction. Very good for plans and great location.
Just coming on here to say don’t expect them to answer the phones EVER. For over a week now I’ve been trying to come in contact with SOMEONE, ANYONE, about living here, I’ve called in the morning, afternoon, & up to about 5 PM when they are about to close. It apparently doesn’t matter what time of day, or day of the week you try to call… no one ever answers.
I just want simple information.
I’m not sure if it is an employee being negligent, if something is wrong with their phone system, or maybe they really are just that busy.. I’m not sure.
I guess to talk to anyone you have to just go in person, which is really inconvenient just to get an answer to a simple question.
