Right at Home was SO incredible to work with. We did not know what we were doing, as is the case with most people finding themselves needing this type of care, and they were the MOST patient and understanding and accommodating. Martin and Diane were so helpful and walking us through every step of the way. Communication was always on point and if I had to leave a message, they called back within 15 minutes of my call! We had to make several changes to our scheduling and they never made us feel bad and always worked within our needs and made whatever we needed, happen. I would use them again in a heartbeat (hopefully won’t need them though! :)) This is a very hard thing to go through on all fronts and they made it just a little easier. I can’t thank them enough for all they did for us.
