IF -I could give more that five stars I would. My mother has been here for over a month after being in Wellington Regional for 6 weeks. Her overall care has been ABOVE and BEYOND. She has several issues to be monitored and delt with and the staff is totally on top of everything. From her personal care to meds and monitoring vitals. If I have a question they answer me or call me right away. The new ownership or management its taking things to a new level of care. I am so pleased she is in their facility for her care and recovery.
One of the worst facilities I have ever seen in my life. Avoid at all costs necessary.
Under new management? Oh please!!!!! If you cannot take care of yourself this is NOT the place for you. Look at the patients… Are they sitting outside in the sunshine, are they smiling and walking around, NO! They are all doped up…. Therapy? Check out the equipment first before you sign the paperwork!!! Where is the state of Florida inspectors?
This place is scary. If it was not for AHCA complacency they would be closed. Absolutely nothing good to say about this place. From medical malpractice to shady deals to verbal and physical abuse they have it. This place is toxic. Stay away from there I beg you.
