I love living here at SAGE Highland Creek! I just renewed my lease. The apartment is fabulous and spacious. Christine the manager, goes above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. Her dedication and care for the community members really make it difference. I highly recommend the community.
I’ve never left a 1-star review in my life, but after dealing with Christine, the manager at this apartment complex, I felt compelled to warn others. Christine’s behavior was nothing short of rude, nasty, and unprofessional. I honestly can’t even put into words how unpleasant my experience with her was.
It’s clear that she has no regard for basic customer service or respect. Not only did she speak to me in an incredibly disrespectful tone, but the employees working under her were visibly embarrassed by her actions. I could see them cringing at how she was treating me, and I couldn’t blame them. It was uncomfortable to witness, and I can only imagine how toxic her leadership style must be for the team.
After reading through several other reviews, it seems I’m not alone in this experience. Christine’s unprofessionalism is a recurring theme, and it’s disappointing to see that the upper management hasn’t addressed it. The fact that she is likely the one responding to negative reviews, defending her behavior, just adds to the frustration. Instead of taking responsibility and making improvements, she seems to think she’s above reproach.
I’ve always been someone who gives 5-star reviews for places that deserve it, but this was so bad that I’m forced to give my first-ever 1-star rating. Do better, Christine. A manager should set an example, not treat residents like they’re beneath her. Until that happens, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
I took my mom and her friend for a tour at Sage. We all felt like it was the right place so they said yes to a 2 bedroom unit with wrap around balcony. Heather was so patient, kind and helpful as she answered all of our questions during our tour. Christine met with us afterwards and was equally welcoming, patient and supportive! I know that my mom and her friend will be very happy to enjoy the spacious club house and inviting pool area with seating, decking, grills and party lights. It’s located just 3 miles from my home within the Highland Creek community, which makes it very convenient for me to assist them as needed. We’re all looking forward to making new friends while living at Sage Highland Creek.

It is a great place to live. It’s clean. low noise. swimming pool; clubhouse gatherings and activities. It is a place where we gather for potluck meetings, then staff host various meeting with good food, music, dancing, playing cards, excercising, arts&crafts and monthly celebrations for birthdays, anniversaries, and graduations or life events, etc.
This is a hard place to be lonely where there are great neighbors who look out for one another; there is always something happening to benefit the community. Staff & maintenance are good people who listen, make sure we are ok and always willing to help.
Thank you Christine for always being courteous,just an outstanding manager, who helped me when I was sick and needed a friendly voice & understanding; and I thank the maintenance crew who are also very professional, courteous and fix things in such a timely manner.
