Nurses here really care about the patients.
My mother has been a resident of Samaritan Keep for almost 2 years. I couldn’t ask for better care for her. The nurses are all kind to her and she loves them too. I am called with monthly updates on her check ups.
Absolute rudest woman on the phone.
Nurses are more worried about their break then helping patients, they take forever to get to patients when they buzz for help, place is always understaffed. Jeanine on 3rd floor is rude and doesn’t know what she’s talking about, said my mother in law was faking not being able to move well and when it was time for my mother in law to have her pain meds Jeanine said it wasn’t time for them even though it was til hubby did the math for her on the time. Next day mother in law passed away. This place is HORRIBLE if you truly love your elderly ones DO NOT put them in here, they will go from needing minimal help to a hoyer lift for help before they pass away.
