My sweet Mother in Law has been at Savannah Cottage now for almost one month. I am so thankful for the amazing staff and administration here. They communicate so well and have been there every step of the way getting my MIL situated and moved in. For the first time in months, my husband and I feel like we can breathe. Watching your loved one have dementia is difficult, but having a support system like Savannah Cottage and this team, has really changed our lives. Thank you staff… you are appreciated so much!
Savannah Cottage is a wonderful place! I am so grateful for all staff members. The care given to my dad is top notch and because of it we finally have peace and happiness again.
Alma Black, Is an excellent employee. She goes beyond the call of duty. Alma, truly loves the Residents, she spends her own money for gifts on Holidays and also purchase some personal needs for Residents that don’t have the family support.
We love Ms Alma!
My dad has been here for two years now. I love the staff here, especially the care director Matthew. He always keeps me in the loop on what’s going on with him when I can’t be there. I feel comfortable with my dad being at Savannah Cottage because I know the staff care and take amazing care of him!
Recently had to move dad to the Cottage, they were so helpful to assist with the moving , especially given the short time frame. Tammy was accessible ( even after normal business hours ) and replied quickly to requests for information and process issues. Matthew was especially helpful with the medication issues and helping in anyway possible. The staff made a big deal of dad’s arrival and worked with him to help him feel welcome. The staff are well aware of the difficulties with this type of transition and appear to be genuinely concerned and try to make it as easy for the resident and the family.
