I really enjoyed dealing with Linda and Carly in the office. However, Diann is incredibly rude, going as far as to talk over you when you call in.
I have lived here a few months now and LOVE it! It’s a peaceful and beautiful complex with nice people, love the location and being close to the water isn’t bad either 🙂 I’m so glad I found this little apartment, it’s perfect for me!
Overpriced property for what you get with horrible office staff
I’ve lived here over 5 years. I have always loved it here & I still do!! (AN 8 YEAR UPDATE IS ADDED TO BOTTOM OF THIS REVIEW)
We have a great management staff led by a wonderful Community Mgr.. They all genuinely care about people & animals. They all do their absolute best to make us happy. If I have an issue to report, it’s addressed in a pleasant & timely manner.
I’m noticing lately, lots of general improvements are enhancing the complex. I like that!
The beautiful pool area, the pretty sunsets & dolphins off our pier, the close proximity to the beach, stores, restaurants, etc is a huge plus.
There is a wonderful community spirit here that is contagious. Of course, there are always a few who prefer to stay solo, and that is respected. I am kind of a loner at times, but am welcomed when I feel like joining in.
Our relatively new manager (8 months?) has been great at developing many activities. She likes our input!! We all really like her. Her name is Diane. She handles stress well, while getting everything done. That is a blessing when I think of stories of other apt complexe managers. Linda (asst mgr) is also very attentive & good at handling our issues! Karly,(leasing) is very friendly and found me the perfect apt location here! Terry (maintenance) truly takes pride in his work & is very dependable.
If you can be happy without all the granite & stainless steel type luxuries, if you want a pleasant & smoothly run place to live, I highly recommend living here. If you like gorgeous water views, this is the place. The 1 BDRM apts have a nice large BDRM. The 2 BDRM apts are spacious and lovely. The clubhouse is welcoming and pretty inside. The grounds are all very nice. When you come here, you’ll see what I mean!!
UPDATE: Well, it’s been over 2 years since I wrote the above review. I’ve now lived here 8 years.
I’m happy to report that it’s still wonderful to live here, at Scottish Towers.
Since the last review, the old exterior stairs were demolished & replaced, the entire roof was removed & replaced, some landscaping has been improved, & the pool is even cleaner & it sparkles even more than it used to!!
Maintenance is excellent; they show up quickly & truly FIX things 1-2-3, no muss,
no fuss!!
It’s a clean & happy place, with great community spirit.
The staff has a couple of new additions/Linda & Chad. They’re both very good at they’re jobs. They’re both friendly & caring. We’re very lucky to have each person on staff, as they all make the experiece of living here an enjoyable one.
Last but not least, we thankfully still have Diane as Property Manager. She’s approachable, not self-important, and keeps everything under control. She’s always on the job & focused. We’re lucky to have her.
