The place is very nice and quiet. Barbara and Fabian made my move into GreenBrook Garden an absolute breeze! They were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional every step of the way. Their support and friendliness made me feel welcome from day one. I truly appreciate their outstanding service and highly recommend this community!
Been here a short time and I’m ready to move. Too expensive. $250 yearly for pool and fitness room, like an HOA. You have to have insurance and they say you control your heat but it only goes to 74. Old cabinets, scratched up floors. If you’re on 1st floor you will suffer, floors are very squeaky and the people over me are very inconsiderate. They jump, they pound on floor and they have a baby that uses walker and jumpy thing. I told office how loud they are and I was told as long as it’s before 9 pm. Unacceptable!!! I take classes on Zoom and can’t focus. They will clean paths of for you to walk and drive, the other snow is pushed up on your car and you clean it. The man in the office seems nice, the lady is okay. I cannot wait until my lease is up to get out of here. If I had taken time to read reviews, I would never have come here.
Definitely pros and cons to living here, but overall it has been a nice place to reside. Maintenance is great and I like that they keep everything clean and neat. (Both exterior and interior) Recently got our bathroom caulked by the maintenance worker Nick Martinez and I have to say, the maintenance team here is always on point. With Nick M, he was very quick and quiet, which was great because I was on a zoom call while he was working. Left everything in the bathroom perfectly clean and was done in no time. Overall the maintenance here is a big reason why I give it 5 stars.

My parents were here for 6 months and they enjoyed the place and convenience to the Chinese market next door. The stag were friendly and responsive.
