Absolute joke. Came in for DMV required evaluation to restore license from a dui NINE years ago. DMV employee told me I only needed the evaluation, no classes required and warned me these places try to force them on you, to firmly explain no, just evaluation. Called to make appt & confirm it’s JUST the evaluation. Flew in from out-of-state for this, and not only were they late, they tried to “recommend” classes. When I stood my ground they refused to send form to DMV.
These places are an ABSOLUTE joke. All a money grab, it’s how they exist. My dui was not only 9 yrs ago, but I blew 0.08, right on the cusp. It wasn’t a 2.8 with an accident 🤦. Speaking of, they never even looked at the incident paperwork they told me to bring, nor did they even ask what happened. So how can they “evaluate” someone without even knowing the situation. Parasites. Avoid this company.

Went there around 2013. I didn’t stay clean after, but I didn’t want to. They had a zero tolerance for drugs so the sober houses were actually clean and if someone used they’d be kicked out. The classes were long but not terrible. Ellen was great. Only thing was the sober house was in the HOOD HOOD where we had a crack dealer on our corner, prostitues 100ft away, and coke being sold out the barbershop lol.
This place is a joke, a bunch of business owners made a business people have no choice but to use. Billing issues that they send to collections because they don’t know how to bill insurance. Front end staff is cold and indifferent and 98 percent of the staff are in it for the money and do nothing but play videos during sessions
