I am a happy family member who has a loved one at Silvermark. The Silvermark team has been such a blessing to me and my family. My 87 year old relative has lived at Silvermark for just over 1.5 years. She has her own set of mental and physical health issues. What can I say? The staff at Silvermark has done an AMAZING job of meeting her needs. She loves it there. She loves the food, the activities, the staff, and the scenery. I first toured in 2022 right before they were about to repaint the interior and install new artwork. The finished product in the dining space is so welcoming. The outdoor courtyard, seating areas, landscaping, and walking path enclosed within a fence is just what my loved one needs. The best part for me, which finally led me to write a review after many positive interactions, is that recently our family member had to have cataract surgery 2 weeks apart on each eye. This is surgery that probably should have happened a decade ago. The reality is that Silvermark does not see a lot of these because people normally have cataract surgery long before they move into senior living. The team at Silvermark has done an awesome job staying on top of the daily eyedrops and the post-surgical instructions. Each time I take our loved one for her follow up appointments, the doctor describes how great her eyes are looking. If you are looking for a flexible, affordable, safe, and welcoming senior living environment, I highly recommend Silvermark. I have been so pleased by their level of care. I am grateful for their service in the Plano area.
