Caring and concerned staff. Great food and activities.
Excellent facility with great staff. I’m an outside vender and the entire staff is a pleasure to work with.
Beautiful facility with compassionate staff ❤️
Now I will state up front that I was at an advantage in that I lived across the 4 lane from the facility when my mother lived in the Waters for the last 14 months of her life. Mom had no dementia no decline even at 81years old. She could not walk or hear anymore so I needed the Waters at the end. I was able to be there every day and twice on weekends so the staff knew me well. I had no issues with the Waters and when I did I went to supervisors and immediately got it fixed. Mom was not happy of course when she went into the facility but the care and love and communication she got eventually softened her heart and she knew she would be ok. Was the food always good, no but who is perfect, I cooked for mom or brought her favorite diner food when needed. The cleaning was good and when it was not again staff heard me clearly, I also helped cleaned my mom’s room. In the end mom died with me and the staff by her side laying on a clean bed in a clean room and being hand bathed by her son and the staff with her dignity intact. You want perfection get your sorry butt into the facility more often and help take care of your loved one I do not care how far away you live. Communicate with the staff and let them know you appreciate the work and dedication it takes to run this facility in a world that does not appreciate the dying or the understaffed facility it takes to keep people safe and clean and dignified.
