Stilwell Manor is intended for Warren and local area senior citizens aged sixty (60) years and older with income below the Macomb County median income level. It has 120 apartments within one four-story building.
Stilwell Manor opened in 1975, providing affordable independent senior living for eligible residents.

assure our safety and comfort.
Very affordable. Very friendly office staff. They’re very good with repairs. They do excellent work on the grounds. It’s the nicest place and cheapest place I’ve ever lived in. My husband and I love it here.
