This place was referred by a close friend. When I called to inquire, they were quick to set up a time to come see me in person. Not only do they work with you and your needs exactly, they make it to where it is Affordable for you as well. My close family friend has been here And now going on her second month. Every single employee that I have communicated with is like a family member. Hillary is who she mentions the most, she says every time she sees her. She gives her a hug and even comes to visit her on a regular basis. Another lady that takes care of her Is a Care person Named Courtney. I feel that the way Hillary has trained her that they all should be trained in this manner. Courtney goes above and beyond to take care of the people here like Hillary does, and she even helps her call me whenever she wants to speak to me, and also lets me know and keeps me updated on all the good things in progress with my friend here. This place is amazing! I find it cool that they talk to you and treat you like family especially if you come visit your loved ones all the time.And it is like a huge family and a highly I personally suggest anyone who is looking for an assisted living or a place for a loved one this is definitely it! My sister and I had such reservations about putting our father in a memory care facility. We were not happy with the setup or atmosphere in some of the other facilities we visited. Our mother visited Sunrise and told us she’d found the right place and had already paid the deposit. We were shocked but hopeful and visited Sunrise the next day. We almost immediately felt serenity, we knew she’d found the right place. The atmosphere felt so welcoming and safe every time we visited. The staff is wonderful, we so appreciated their warmness. We would recommend this facility to anyone looking for the right place for their loved one.
