  1. My son calls for cpap supplies requests a mask and head strap and receives tubing and filters. The one time he did receive a correct mask was the beginning of the year he’s received an incorrect mask yet can’t seem to speak to anyone to return it he placed an order for a mask and strap and again received tubing and filters yesterday. Calling customer service only transfers you to the supply dept who either requests you leave a message or they email saying they will call and nobody calls. They NEVER pick up the phone. Could it be the type of insurance coverage? I hope not. I’ve seen responses to other reviews let’s see what happens here My advice choose another provider if you can.

  2. These guys provided O2 tanks and a concentrator for my sister who is a cancer patient. We only got delivery on Friday any were only allowed one “courtesy delivery”. She was very anxious running out of Oxygen while at a Dr. visit, or away from the concentrator. And to exchange in person, could only be done between 10-12AM and we had to get prior approval.
    This is a crappy way to handle life support equipment, and customer service made us feel like we were an inconvenience.
    Would never recommend to anyone, and would give zero stars if possible.
    My sister is in end stage cancer. And your company added undue stress to her. Shame on you.

  3. TERRIBLE Customer Service – Put on Hold, No Return Calls, Partial information, lots of confusion, major communication / comprehension issues if I do get ahold of someone, waiting a month or more to get the equipment I need, and for which has had full insurance approval – beg your company to use someone else
