I can’t even say how lucky we were to find Synergy home care. They have provided aides for my mom for the last year. Both D and Z are the most loving caring individuals, and my mother adored them both! Z is meticulous at keeping track of Mom’s jillions of appointments and taking her to those places and being her voice. Z and Mom would go on “field trips” to the store for either fun or necessity (groceries/meds, etc). The company is very flexible in working with our needs, quickly responding to organizing schedules to allow those appointments, last minute changes, adding more hours to the schedule, and in the end, thoughtfulness and consideration. As a daughter living in a different state, I felt completely comfortable with my mom’s care – I was always kept up to date, and in the end worked side-by-side with a woman who became my mom’s friend and who cared for my mom very much. I am grateful.

my entire review is too long to paste on here.. this is a company that praise on people who need assistance and will do anything to charge you money even if they don’t do any work
They even lie about their owner and say that he is a doctor at a major hospital, and has “connections” to the get you on a transplant list.. but he’s not really. It’s really sad and disgusting and all I can do is be my best me, and continue to not be phased by crooked companies like this, and especially who pray on people who are as vulnerable as I am, the man upstairs sees everything and karma is a you know what!
I’m going to try to find a place on the Internet, possibly on Facebook or somewhere else to voice my entire review in depth so that others are made aware of what’s really going on here.. but from what I can tell this company is barely able to pay their employees so they probably won’t be around too much longer!
I needed help after having shoulder surgery. The people at Synergy couldn’t be better. Emily has been a blessing. She’s helped me with everything I needed, from showering to housework and even took me to my Dr. appointment. I highly recommend Synergy.
I called on holiday MLK January 15. 3 other agencies I called first couldn’t help with around the clock care. Call #4 was a win! Not only does Synergy offer full shift care, but they had a tech available that evening. In conjunction with Hospice I was able to bring my friend home from the hospital at 6pm. Home at last, his final wish to die at home. Jennifer and Michelle were amazing, experienced and caring women. My friend passed away the following day, in peace. I highly recommend Travis’ team at Synergy Healthcare! Thank you.
Synergy HomeCare has been very responsive to my needs and doesn’t make me guarantee a certain number of hours a week. The care they have provided for my father-in-law has been outstanding
