Enter into your off-campus apartment and start living with great amenities, including a sparkling pool and co-working spaces that support your academic and social life.
We are brand new apartments right by the University of Central Florida campus. With co-working lounges on every floor and a courtyard or pool to hangout with friends, you’ll have everything you need for success right at home.
Really bad parking and towing enforcement. Where are my guests supposed to park lol.
This place is full of children whose parents pay their rent and have no respect for the complex. It is brand new and pretty nice.
Upon move in it was very nice especially since we were the first residents to even touch the building. Since then it’s slowly not lived up to its name. The app and resident parking gate don’t work very often. 1/3 elevators has been permanently turned off while they have told residents it’s “being fixed” because younger residents that don’t respect the property continuously broke it by kicking the panel where the key fob scanner is.
Sometimes the resident gate just stays open allowing people to come and go whether they live there or not.In the stair well next to the broken elevator you don’t need a key fob to get into the building because it’s constantly flashing blue and just opens without scanning your fob like you normally need to. UCF isn’t necessarily unsafe but there are unsafe aspects and I no longer feel protected or comfortable in the building. I have been obsessing over making sure my door is locked because the other security measures aren’t in place like they should. There’s also no cameras in the hallway so unless you have your own doorbell camera if anything happens to you or your apartment there’s no proof.
I also now have a broken floor board because the construction company didn’t cut the flooring flush to the wall so upon moving my bed to clean it shifted and now I have to wait for maintenance which could take a couple weeks.
Overall it’s not AWFUL. I’ve experienced worse but for the price point it’s not good.
Shout out to Caiden for always been an awesome worker!
Great facilities and a big thank you to Esteban who took the time to help us and answer our questions.
