My grandmother is a resident in the memory care unit at the Bristal at West Babylon and though it was a very difficult decision, we could not be more satisfied with the care she has received. Every single staff member – from management and nursing, to food service, housekeeping and beyond – are so kind and attentive. An interest is taken in what she was like in her younger years and she is regarded with humanity and genuine curiosity on what makes her who she is. My family has daily peace of mind knowing that my grandmother is cared for with compassion and her safety is prioritized by everyone she comes in contact with. A heartfelt thank you to all.
Reflections staff Marjorie, Hermione, Rosa, and Maria are all fabulous. My mother was only there a short time but they took such good care of her. Always cheerful, gentle, supportive, patient, and caring. I felt confident that my mom was being taken care of and was also treated with courtesy, respect, and dignity. Dana as recreation leader is nothing short of fabulous. Her obvious enthusiasm for her work can’t be missed. She makes things fun, engages with the community, and talks to them like adults, not like they are children. I can’t say enough about these very special five ladies. Director Elizabeth was always very reliable and dependable and stepped in when needed and took care of all of our needs and concerns. All in all, I feel my mom’s last few weeks here were happy and I was confident that she was getting the best care.

Our family is so pleased with The Bristal of West Babylon. Our father has been living there for six years now. We just love all the activities the recreation dept provides. Thanks to Jack Braun for his loving ways and always making things fun. Dad thrives in the environment from playing bingo & cards to watching the entertainment & old films in the theater. We are always greeted with a smile when we visit from the lovely receptionists. Not to mention, the friendly residents who our family has come to love. The dining hall provides a wide variety of choices along with the sweetest service. Dad has required many different levels of nursing care over the last six years, which is always handled by the staff with professionalism, thanks to Lorilynn Parian.

My family member has been living here for 3 years and couldn’t be happier. She is well cared for and the food is top notch.The director, Natasha is very attentive and well-liked and frequently interacting with the residents. She goes above and beyond. There is always a social activity going and many excursions. The staff conducting activities is always friendly and caring. Highly recommend
