I lived at The Conley for three years and just recently moved (like last week) and sadly I agree with some of the more recent reviews. Now I do want to start this by saying that Athena is theee BEST thing about The Conley – period! She cares about the residents as people and not just as a number on a fulfillment/residency spreadsheet.
Molly on the other hand is probably my least favorite manager during my time there, although the one right before her wasn’t great, nor did she last long. Back in September, I had a terrible cricket situation INSIDE my apartment (8205 – for future residents), so much so that I was too uncomfortable to stay there. After having done what I was suggested to do by Leasing, when the issue continued/worsened, Molly told me to “keep doing what I was doing” and when I told her that meant I paid my rent but was staying somewhere else, she said there was nothing that could be done.
As a person who deals with mental health as stated in my resident application, there was no regard for me as a person and it ultimately caused me to immediately begin looking for a new place. Corporate was no better!
This place is amazing. I am so happy I found my new, adorable home. Jacoby, who signed me up, is fantastic. Love this property.

Jacoby and Molly were outstanding! They made my move in amazing and the tour was great! Athena was also amazing and I love my new place! Nice to place call home!
The Conley is outstanding in all areas. Very friendly and squared away. The manager and assistant manager are great! I talk about this place all the time.
