The Cove is amazing. They have everything your loved one needs and then some. We worked with Sondra Sharp and let me tell you about her… the best! Loving and caring for all the residents, even my father in law who hadn’t even moved in yet. Went out of her way to accommodate us to the fullest!! I’d give her 10 ⭐️’s if I could. Highly recommended
Deciding to move my mother to an assisted living facility was one of the most challenging decisions I have ever had to make. I arrived for my tour in a state of emotional distress, overwhelmed and apprehensive about placing my mother anywhere other than my own home. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Sondra, who offered me a big heartfelt hug and took the time to explain life at The Cove in detail. Her extensive knowledge and reassuring demeanor quickly alleviated my fears. Two days later, I brought my mother to meet Sondra, and we were both thoroughly impressed. As a result, we have decided to move my mother in next week, and we are eagerly anticipating this new chapter in her life. Sondra is wonderful and has been instrumental in easing our concerns, making us laugh, and making us feel like part of The Cove family. The other staff members that we met were lovely as well. I highly recommend touring The Cove if you are considering an assisted living facility for your loved one.
Just a quick note on my experience with the Cove at Marsh Landing… Sondra Sharp / Director of Sales is amazing! Her tour of the property was all inclusive and she anticipated all of my questions… Sondra is well aware of the importance of World Class Customer and she always goes above and beyond to make sure that she meets and exceeds her customers expectations… A 5 star review for Sondra and the staff at the Cove at Marsh Landing!

My mother-in-law lives at the Cove, and I have to give a shout out to the staff there, especially Bethany. She always so sweet to her and never hesitates to answer all her questions. Recently, mom had an issue and made a mess and even though it was late, Bethany came right over and helped her without making her feel uncomfortable or embarrassed. In the world we live in today, it’s a relief knowing people like her, and the other staff members are taking care of our family. We are beyond grateful! ♥
