Enjoy a life of comfort and peace of mind that The Cypress of Raleigh offers, allowing you to minimize daily responsibilities and maximize engaging pursuits. Our team of experienced professionals stands ready to serve you.
The Cypress of Raleigh, based on the award-winning model found in Hilton Head and Charlotte, has established itself as a leading Life Plan Community/CCRC.
We have been residents for over 4 years ( after years of researching CCRCs / Life Plan Communities in the Triangle and in California) and find The Cypress to be excellent in all aspects: Caring Staff, Caring Residents, beautiful garden like grounds, excellent Health Center (5 stars since it opened), excellent maintenance, great food, spacious condos with the best financial plan (residents own their own condos or cottages and thus benefit from real estate appreciation- ours has probably doubled in value). Only problem is that openings are limited for prospective residents.
previous note snd pics. Today worse oct 6th.
Guess no one got your memo, please step outside and see.
Very disappointed with the cypress employees? parking on forum. forum as already busy and makes it more difficult for walker’s and drivers and doesn’t lend a good look for cypress.
I see my review was responded too after 6 years, well that rating has definitely changed since then. Had I known I had left a review of 5 stars it would have been changed 2 years ago. Back in the day when I worked in security the Cypress was the place to be. However upon leaving and trying to go back 2 years ago; you realize how unorganized and unfair upper management is. I was mark non rehirable but Noone will explain. Is it because I had a medical emergency? I was NEVER LATE, stayed extra hours and all. I resigned with a 2 week notice and thanking them for the opportunity. To each is own, I would have never said anything as I’ve healed knowing I felt I was giving a raw deal after being offered the position to find out I was no rehirable but yet it did not show when GREG interviewed me to come back. Oh I forgot it was an intimidation because I was asked in my interview if I go to my supervisor and it’s not handled what would I do and I clearly responded I will follow the chain of command. I guess they don’t want the upper management and owner to know how they are really running that facility. The owners can ask ANY member I came in contact with about me, they loved me and would stop by security just to talk to me. Anyways here’s my updated review and explanation on why my rating was changed after 6 years.
My wife and I have lived at The Cypress of Raleigh for fifteen years. Moving to The Cypress was one of the best decisions we have ever made. We own our condominium which overlooks a beautifully landscaped and maintained campus. On most evenings we dine with good friends in the clubhouse dining room, which has a fantastic menu featuring more choices of delicious food than you would find in any restaurant. We have also both had the occasion to use the health care facility, which is excellent. We have wonderful neighbors, and moved from a friendly neighborhood to neighborhood of friends. Who would have guessed that in our retirement years that we would have made so many new good friends!
Wonderful place to live. Great activities to keep you busy. Fantastic staff!
