My grandmother should not have to call for help through the button several times, unanswered, yell down the hallway for thirty minutes, and still be left alone. My mother shouldn’t have to hauled her disabled self down the hallway to find someone who cares enough to do something. This is unprofessional.
This Place Is Horrible they barely answer the phone my mother buzz the nurse @7:53 pm 1-12-2025 and 10:15pm someone came to her room just now to change her sheets she been sitting on the side of her bed for over 2 hours what kind of mess is this, You can’t trust these people to care for your love one, they hire anybody off the street thats unprofessional I tried to contact the assistant Nurse she claim she was busy she didn’t wanna come to the phone I left messages for her to contact me personally no one never called who ever posting reviews are lying about this Establishment I wouldn’t let my Dog Or Cat Stay here because they are not concerned about these patients here they only here for the money if that’s the case!!! I give appreciation when it’s earned… I will call names if I have to…please Somebody needs to investigate this place because they’re very lackadaisical in this place I’m very disappointed about the way they treating her!

I love The Staff at the Eden of Las Colinas.. The nursing staff is very attentive to the residents.. My uncle loves the in house therapy he is receiving.. He couldn’t talk and depressed when he first went there. Now he is very vocal and excited. We appreciate all that they did for him..Good job
