We are very grateful to have such wonderful, knowledgeable and kindhearted people taking care of our elderly. Special thanks to Kathy and Sean who make this place a VIP Royal experience every time we interact!!!
The form of deer Creek is a phenomenal place for your loved ones. Their team in the Assisted Living as well as the independent living space are amazing. Very communicative and Responsive. That is one of the most important things when it comes to making sure your loved ones are in a good place. They fill that need immensely. I work with a lot of facilities, and this one does a great job of making sure each individual feels important and at home. Cindy in the AL and Satcia in the IL are on point. Highly recommend!
We looked at many, many assisted living facilities for our Dad from Parkland to Delray and the Forum checked every box that we all had. It is not an easy task but I can’t say enough thank you’s to the great people at The Forum at Deer Creek, especially Mary Rose who made this difficult experience so easy, right from the first phone call she put my concerns at ease. Mary Rose even sent my Sister, who lives in California, a photo of his first night (attached) to put her mind at ease while she was dealing w/ being evacuated from the fires in LA. The Forum is very lucky to have Mary Rose as one of their representatives. I would also like to mention that every employee, from the front desk to maintenance made this transition a great experience. The nurses and aides are incredible and extremely helpful. All of the residents I interacted with were very welcoming and will be great neighbors to our Dad. We truly feel that he will be well taken care of while still having some independence. More importantly our Dad likes his new residence, loves the steak n cheese sandwich for lunch but the scallops, not so much. LOL LOL LOL
Our family has been treated with compassion and understanding with transitioning our father-in-law from his home into an apartment at the Forum. Mary Rose went well above and beyond to assist in every way possibly and has been exceptionally passionate about making sure he adjusts well to his new home. Mary Rose truly has his best interest at heart. Daniel was also very helpful and informative and helped my FIL understand he would be part of a community rather than just living in an apartment.
Making such a huge life change is not easy, but the Forum is beautiful and welcoming. The residents we’ve met have been very kind and are eager to strike up a conversation. There are a lot of activities offered and the dining room has many daily offerings, and our FIL has spoken very highly of the meals he’s enjoyed.
Our family would highly recommend the Forum. Don’t hesitate to take a tour if you’re looking for somewhere to relocate!
my time there was horrible! fire mar’khiah she has such a bad attitude and is really disrespectful.
