The Haven seems to be loosing good staff. Management is never around and does not answer questions. Cleanliness is “zero”. I’ve witnessed dirty bathrooms, lack of staff, residents in other residents clothing, residents not looking clean and resident throwing up and nobody around to tent to them. It wasn’t until myself and my loved one told a staff member who was all the way in the clinic sitting. Needless to say we are thankfully done with the Haven..👎🏻
The Haven lives up to its name in every way, not just for the residents but also for families. Our father was blessed to receive care there from early 2019 until his recent passing at age 92. And the care he received daily was consistently kind, compassionate, and top-notch. The team was extra-incredible during the height of the pandemic, keeping residents as safe and healthy as possible while communicating proactively and regularly with families. Dad felt seen, heard, and well cared for at The Haven, from Day 1 until he passed away peacefully in his sleep. We will forever be grateful for the team, its leadership, and their gift of high-quality, loving care for our dad.
My father is a resident of the Haven. Our family is very thankful for the excellent care he receives and the compassionate staff. The staff is truly amazing. We visit at least 15 hours a week so we feel like we have a good assessment of his care. The activities director is fantastic! The residents are constantly being involved or entertained at the level they can comprehend – even field trips out of the Haven. It is our feeling that even a spirit of family or community has been created within the facility. Our family would highly recommend the Haven.
